you can permanently delete your amreon account and all associated data at any time. here's how.

fastest way

from whatsapp.

1open your amreon chat on whatsapp.
2send the message /delete-account or type "delete my account".
3amreon will ask you to confirm by replying CONFIRM DELETE. this prevents accidental deletes.
4once confirmed, your account, chat history, memories, uploaded files, and subscription are scheduled for deletion.

prefer email?

send a request from your registered email to privacy@amreon.app with the subject "delete my account". include the phone number tied to your amreon account so we can verify it's you. we'll process the request within 7 business days.

what gets deleted.

deleted permanently

profile, chat history, stored memories, uploaded files (lab reports, photos), reminders, and personal preferences.

retained briefly

anonymized billing records and minimal audit logs we are legally required to keep — never tied to your name or chats.

good to know.

deletion is permanent. once processed, your data cannot be restored.
active paid subscriptions are cancelled automatically. you will not be charged again.
if you only want to pause amreon, reply STOP on whatsapp instead — that mutes messages without deleting your account.
